I am so glad he is here.

The level of care my husband has received has been consistently first-class.

Before he came to live in Rheola, I had checked out other care homes, spoken with relatives of residents in other care homes, read reviews, etc. I feel fully confident he is being cared for well, his health needs are being dealt with promptly, and he is being treated with respect.

Tailored to your needs

We understand that individual care is different for everyone, so before you make any decisions, we want to talk to you about what you need and tailor our Homecare services to get the best out of life for you or your friend or relative. Talk to our team who will help to guide you on this journey.

Support for adults

We take the time to truly get to know each person we support, as well as those closest to them, building lasting relationships based on trust, openness and understanding. With minimum visit times of at least 30 minutes, our team never feels rushed and can focus on providing thoughtful, compassionate care alongside friendly conversation and companionship.

We understand that choosing a homecare provider can feel overwhelming. It means trusting someone not only to care for you or your loved one, but also to respect your home and the things that matter most to you. Our team is always happy to answer any questions you may have, so you can feel confident, comfortable and reassured in your decision.

Quality care

from our qualified team

Our team members are chosen because of their kind and caring nature. But of course, we also provide them with thorough training so they can provide people with outstanding care.

As a minimum, all of our team members have a good level of spoken and written English and undergo a nationally recognised care certificate. This includes all the important areas, such as First Aid, medication, safeguarding of vulnerable adults and children, and health and safety.

Many of our team members are trained in a particular area of expertise, such as caring specifically for people living with dementia, including complex needs, stoma care, peg tube feeding and epilepsy.

We also make sure to choose team members from a range of cultural backgrounds and strive to match them appropriately with service users.
