End-of-life Care

Deciding your loved one will move into an end-of-life care home can be a difficult decision. We are available by phone or email to provide dedicated support and discuss any questions you may have.

Drawing from their own experiences of losing people they love, as well as our ongoing training and existing expertise, our team members provide high-quality and compassionate end-of-life care. As well as compassionate support to their loved ones.

Throughout a person's time in one of our homes, our focus is on giving them a voice and respecting their wishes and rights. We provide high-quality care and support to enable them to lead not only a comfortable, happy and fulfilling life, but a dignified death where their wishes are respected.

Support you in creating a care plan

We believe it is best, where possible, to prepare for end-of-life as part of an advanced care plan. Giving individuals the opportunity to voice the way they want this chapter of their life to happen.

Whilst we understand it can be a very emotional and difficult thing to consider and discuss, it’s an essential conversation to have. We are here to support you during those conversations with loved ones.

We appreciate the importance of supporting friends and family during these times, enabling them to still play an active role in their loved one’s life right to the very end. As well as providing emotional comfort to everyone involved.

Our approach to palliative care

It’s an incredibly difficult time for everybody involved when a person is nearing the end of their life. That’s why we offer support to the entire family, helping you to cope throughout your loved one’s end-of-life care.

Palliative care can support people with a wide range of care needs, from old age or terminal illness. Some of our care homes also provide specialist care for people with nursing needs who are also living with dementia.

In this type of caring environment, we provide residents with tailored support for each aspect of their lifestyle–such as cooking, cleaning, and washing–with more hands-on support and extra efforts to make the individual as comfortable as possible.

We firmly believe the key aspects of who you are never change, regardless of whether you live independently or require some additional assistance. We treat all of our patients as individuals, ensuring they get the utmost care possible.
